Refund policy

At Tiny Tots Threadwork, every item is carefully handmade and created with love. Many of our products are personalised specifically for you, so we kindly ask that you read our policy before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


Personalised & Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Personalised items
  • Custom-made products
  • Items made to your requested colours, names, dates, or designs
  • Change of mind purchases

Please ensure all spelling, names, dates, colours, and personalisation details are correct before submitting your order, as we will create your item exactly as provided.


Non-Personalised Items

If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition
  • Is returned with original packaging where possible
  • Has not been washed, worn, or damaged

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in creating and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A partial or full refund (where appropriate)
  • Handmade Variations

Tiny Tots Threadwork items are handmade, meaning slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, thread colours, sizing, or appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the unique handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled before work has begun on your item. Once materials have been prepared, embroidery has commenced, or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted for personalised orders.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, seconds, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
